Chapter 174 Use It Or Not?
[Lv.10 Algae Whale(E-Rank) has been killed.]
[Your team gained 100 points.]
[You gained 2000 experience points.]
[Congratulations; at the conclusion of the match, you will receive your reward for killing the region boss.]
\'I think this was the easiest boss fight I\'ve ever had. \' Raydon thought, looking at the huge body floating lifelessly before him.
Its once vibrant green skin is now looked dull and lifeless. The long, sharp spikes that jutted out from its back and sides were surrounded by patches of decaying moss. The Moss Whale\'s jaws were locked open, revealing rows of razor-sharp teeth and a cavernous throat, that now looked completely black because the fires burned it when it tried to eat Raydon.
It didn\'t take much for him to slay this huge beast. While swimming towards this monster, the monster also tried to eat him as soon as it spotted him, but its sharp teeth couldn\'t even hurt him because of Raydon\'s current incredible defense, and it was instantly killed by being scalded from the inside out by the flames and rotting and burning under the curse of the black flames.
This time, Raydon started to swim slowly to the surface, holding the tail of the lifeless whale so that the boss\'s body would not be wasted. The size of his existing dimensional storage was enough to contain this gigantic beast, but he didn\'t want to risk flooding his storage by opening it underwater.
After some effort, he finally returned to the surface with the whale\'s body, and then, with some more effort, he crammed the whale\'s entire body into his dimensional storage and continued his hunt.
With the enemy team and now the Region boss out of the way, he could now focus entirely on farming experience.

\'\'In the end, I was not able to beat my previous record. \'\' A sigh escaped Raydon\'s lips as he sat morosely on his bed in his dusty room, which was made even dustier by the sunlight streaming in through the window.
Because of the presence of the ocean, he was unable to move through this region quickly enough and, as a result, was only able to defeat fewer mobs than he did in his previous match. Nevertheless, in spite of everything, the experience points he gained were greater than ever before because of his new body enchantment.
\'\'It\'s not bad. I got 15.930 experience points. \'\' Raydon grunted with glee.
This happiness was not, in fact, due to the large number of experience points he had just acquired. In point of fact, these experience points were not sufficient for him to advance to the next level; however, the knowledge that they had been doubled made him happier and more optimistic about the future.
\'\'I hope there are as many mobs in this inheritance as possible. \'\' Raydon remarked as he examined the inheritance key he had received from Fang.
If there were anything that could help him collect the experience points necessary to level up right now, it would be his body enchantment and this inheritance that he was holding right now. These two things combined would be the best bet.
[Inheritance Dimension Key]
-Grade: White
-Quality: N/A
-Skill: Participate
This key grants the user access to The Granite King\'s inheritance. Participation is limited to entities of F-Rank only. The event is limited to a single participant at a time, and the key will vanish once the inheritance is successfully completed.
Raydon\'s train of thought led him to wonder, "Should I use this now or wait until I get stronger?"
Compared to the inheritance key Fehim had previously used on him, it was clear that this inheritance was inferior.
First of all, only F-Rank item holders could take part in this inheritance. Even though Fehim was an E-Rank item holder at the time, he was still able to take part in the previous inheritance. Another distinction between this inheritance and the other is that it is intended for a single participant.
With these two differences in mind, he believed this inheritance would be considerably simpler.
\'\'This time, however, there is a possibility that the time I can remain inside will not be extended. \'\'
Due to Raydon\'s ash attribute, the duration of the previous inheritance was prolonged. Apart from the fact that it was caused by his ash attribute, he had no idea why this change had occurred, and there was no guarantee that it would happen again in this inheritance.
Raydon believed that he possessed the ability and experience necessary to complete this inheritance; however, the real problem he had in mind was that what he really wanted was to get the full benefit from it. He hoped to make the most of any opportunities to gain experience that might have been present inside.
\'\'This does not negate the fact that I am still an item holder focused on stamina despite the fact that my attack power has significantly increased thanks to my new skill and body enchantment. \'\' Raydon was completely confronted with a difficult choice.
His logic told him to wait until he had made more preparations before using this key, but his sense of adventure as a gamer told him to get everything inside as soon as he could without waiting any longer.
After a moment of serious and hard reflection, he gritted his teeth and muttered.
\'\'What the fuck am I thinking, anyway? If this doesn\'t get me to the next level, I\'ll look for another chance later. \'\'
He finally decided not to wait any longer and uttered the required words to activate the inheritance.
\'\'Participate. \'\'
And right at that very instant, the marble-like object that was in Raydon\'s hand abruptly disintegrated into a cloud of bare dust, transforming into a dimensional portal, and it closed by vacuuming Raydon\'s body like a roll of toilet paper thrown into the toilet hole.
